SUTEKI Inc. (Hereafter referred to as "Our Company") fully recognizes the importance concerning the protection of personal information.

We will strive to protect personal information based on the the basic policy outlined below.

 

1 : Our definition of Personal information: Personal information shall be defined as information provided by the customer such as address, name, telephone number, e-mail address or any other information that shall reveal the identity of the customer.

 

2: How we plan to use this information: 
Our company will use the personal information provided by the customer for the following reasons:

1) In accordance with the user agreement and service costs, information shall be used as a billing address.


2) For the purposes of application, cancellation, or changes to information to send a confirmation mail.

3) For the purposes of checking the contents of queeries and as an address to send replies.


4) To send announcements regarding problems with the service, maintenance, technical support, or announcements about new services.


5) For the purpose of collecting statistical data of user registration.

6) In order to maintain the service for the customer.


7) For additional services, upon agreement of the customer, we may share the information with a third party provider.

 

3 : Limitations to the use of personal information: Our company shall not handle the customers information without direct consent of the customer except in the following circumstances:

1) In accordance with the law.

2) In situations where health and or safety are in question and seeking consent be difficult or untimely.


3) Should there be a necessity in regards to public health or promoting the health and future of youth.

4) Should we be required to supply the information to proper authorities by order of the law and seeking consent be a hindrance to such process.

 

4 : Period for saving personal information: 
Once the saving of the customer's personal information becomes unnecessary, we shall delete all of the information without delay. However, in the following situations, it may be necessary to save such information for an extended period.

1) Should, in accordance with legal regulations, it become necessary to save such information.

2) Should the customer be in agreement.


3) Should there be a reason to keep some of the information for a period in order to continue to supply the service.

4) Should there be some other reason that it become necessary to save personal information.

 

5 : Personal Information safety and employee supervision: In order to prevent the alteration, falsification, or loss of personal information, Our workers take various steps in order to safely manage such information.

 

6 : In regards to providing personal information to third parties: We will not give out personal information to third parties. However, in the following situations we may need to use the information:

1) In accordance with the law.

2) In situations where health and or safety are in question and seeking consent be difficult or untimely.

3) Should there be a necessity in regards to public health or promoting the health and future of children.

4) Should we be required to supply the information to proper authorities by order of the law and seeking consent be a hindrance to such process.

5) Should the customer wish to use related services which require personal information.

 

7 : Disclosure of personal information: 
Should the customer request disclosure of their own personal information, the company shall provide such information without delay. We may choose not to disclose all or some of the users personal infromation in response to the following situations. In such a case, we will contact the user with reasons for doing so as soon as possible.

1) Should doing so possibly cause harm to the user or a third party's life, health, or well-being.


2) Should doing so cause hindrance to our company's operations.

3) Should doing so violate the law.

 

8 : Revision of personal information: 
Should the personal information provided by the customer be inaccurate, we may ask the customer for revisions to the information in accordance with legal regulations. In such a case we will not use special forms, but rather inquire as to what information is needed and notify the customer of any changes to be made.

 

9 : Suspension of use of personal information: Should the customer register using false information such as the information of a third party, our company reserves the right to suspend or erase that account. In such a case that we may find it necessary to do so, we shall conduct an investigation. Based on the outcome of such investigation, we may suspend the account. Upon doing so we shall notify the customer. However, if doing so will incur a cost or otherwise prove to be difficult, we shall find some other appropriate action to take.

 

10 : Queries regarding personal information: Should there be queries or grievances with the privacy policy, please use the queries form located on the website. We shall respond to all queries and grievances in a quick and timely fashon.

 

11 : In the case of changes to the Privacy Policy: Should we request additional information or changes to information, or change our privacy policy, we will post such notification on the website. The changes shall take effect once they are posted on the website.
